Blood Calls to Blood is a Power in the Blood school.

You directly influence the blood of others. Uses include:

• Blood Boil: swift, touch; subject suffers half nominal internal fire disease damage each round. Each time subject suffers physical damage, he becomes the center of a close burst 1, inflicting half nominal fire damage. Can also be used to "burn out" diseases and poisons (each tick grants a bonus save, using your Willpower, but it still hurts).
• Blood Nova: std, medium range, burst 3 centered on target; inflicts fire damage equal to subject's missing HP plus WP.
• Blood Puppet: domination!
